A Professional Classic vintage Open-Reel Tape with Separate Tape Transport 3 Motor, 3 Head, 4-track, 4-channel Stereo tape deck system with mind blowing studio sound quality. This is a Top of the line Pioneer R2R built from 76-80.
It sold for $1600 back then and is still very valued today as one of Pioneer’s best open reel recorder. Reel capacity 10.5 inches. Pioneer RTU-11 unit is designed to have an interchangeable head mount that gives the option of having a 2 track or 4 track head unit. Original face cover and side clips that hold player and pre amplifier unit is included. Both have handles on top. Cosmetically -very good & in working condition.
